Meetings, Module Overview

The Meetings module handles everything related to scheduling and recording meetings: booking links, lead routing, the AI notetaker, and Google/Microsoft calendar sync.

The tabs

• Bookings: list of upcoming and past bookings across all your links
• Booking Links (/meetings/links), create shareable links like yourname.wrrk.ai/30min
• Routers (/meetings/routers), auto-assign incoming bookings to team members
• Notetaker (/meetings/notetaker), AI joins your video calls and produces transcripts + summaries (UAT only at the moment)
• Settings: defaults for new links, calendar connections, branding

Calendar sync

Connect Google Calendar or Microsoft 365 under Settings > Calendar. Once connected:

• Your availability is read from the calendar (busy slots are excluded from booking links)
• New bookings appear in the calendar automatically
• Cancellations/reschedules sync both ways

Typical setup

1. Connect your calendar
2. Create a booking link (e.g. "30-minute intro")
3. (Optional) Wrap multiple users in a router for round-robin assignment
4. Share the link
5. Each booking lands in your CRM as a contact + meeting record
