Does Free include every module?
Yes. Plan differences are the credit allowance, storage and support. Free includes 50 credits once at signup; it does not include a monthly credit refill. Connections and employee permissions still need to be configured.
Is an AI employee a paid seat?
There is no separate charge for creating an AI employee role. The paid subscription is based on purchased seats. Work performed by employees can use credits at the action rates above.
Is every action in a job covered by one credit charge?
No. An assignment may use several AI actions, buy contact information, or run voice work. These have separate rates. Check the costs for the work you authorize, not just the number of assignments.
What happens when credits run out?
Credit-consuming work needs an available balance. You can buy more at 25 credits per dollar, with a $5 minimum. The estimate above assumes you choose to buy the required top-up; it does not enable automatic purchases.
What happens if an action fails?
A failed chargeable action is eligible for its failure refund. Work that successfully completed earlier in the assignment can remain chargeable. Check the credit ledger and the individual action results.
Do external services cost extra?
Your connected providers can have their own charges and terms. Voice requires telephony configuration. A WRRK subscription does not include every external service subscription or provider usage fee.
Where can I see renewal and credit expiry details?
Your billing screen shows the current subscription, balances and credit records. Credit grants can have different validity rules; do not assume a monthly allowance rolls over indefinitely. Review the terms shown for a grant or purchase before paying.
