AI Notetaker
> The Notetaker is currently in UAT while we stabilise the bot infrastructure. It will be rolled out to production once we're happy with reliability.
The Notetaker is an AI bot that joins your video meetings (Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams), records and transcribes the audio, and produces a structured summary afterward.
Two ways the notetaker joins
- Auto-join via booking link — when you create a booking link, toggle "AI notetaker" on. Every booking on that link gets the bot added automatically
- Manual scheduling — for external meetings (someone else's calendar invite), go to Meetings > Notetaker > Schedule and paste the meeting URL + start time
What you get
After the call ends, the session detail page shows:
- Full transcript with speaker diarization
- AI summary — key topics, decisions, action items
- Sentiment analysis — overall and per-speaker
- Recording — audio playback
- CRM update — action items automatically logged against the contact/deal
Supported platforms
- Google Meet — native bot join
- Zoom — bot joins as a participant
- Microsoft Teams — bot joins via Teams web
Troubleshooting
- Bot didn't join — check that the meeting URL is correct and the meeting host allowed external participants
- No transcript — the bot couldn't capture audio. Make sure the meeting actually started (a scheduled but uninitiated meeting won't have audio)
- Session stuck "joining" — the bot crashed during join. Cancel and re-schedule
Analytics
Meetings > Notetaker > Analytics shows session counts, completion rate, average sentiment, and most-common topics across all your recordings.
