Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Wrrk. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using Wrrk ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including free-tier users, trial users, and paying subscribers. By signing up, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
2. Description of Service
Wrrk is an AI-powered workspace and CRM platform operated by Purpleant Technologies Inc., a Delaware C Corporation. The Service provides tools for team collaboration, customer relationship management, multi-channel messaging (WhatsApp, Instagram, email), calendar integration, workflow automation, campaign management, AI-powered content generation, analytics, and related business tools. The Service is offered via subscription plans and may be updated, expanded, or modified over time at our sole discretion.
3. User Accounts & Registration
You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@wrrk.ai if you suspect unauthorized access. Each account is for a single user; sharing credentials is prohibited.
4. AI-Powered Features & Disclaimer
The Service includes AI-powered features such as content generation, email drafting, document creation, image generation, analytics insights, workflow suggestions, and automated responses. These features are powered by third-party AI models provided by Anthropic, OpenAI, Amazon Web Services (Bedrock), and other providers. IMPORTANT: AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, biases, or incomplete information. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving any AI-generated output before using it. Purpleant Technologies Inc. does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content. You should not rely on AI-generated content for legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice without independent verification. Purpleant Technologies Inc. is not liable for any decisions made, actions taken, or consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or phishing communications; (c) transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content; (d) infringe on the intellectual property rights of others; (e) harass, abuse, threaten, or harm any person; (f) promote violence, discrimination, hate speech, or any unlawful activity; (g) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network; (h) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service; (i) use the Service to compete with or benchmark against Wrrk; (j) use AI features to generate misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent content; (k) use the Service to impersonate others, create misleading identities, or engage in social engineering; or (l) use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
6. Credits, Usage & Fair Use
Certain features of the Service, including AI-powered generation, image creation, campaign sending, and advanced analytics, may consume credits or be subject to usage limits. Credit allocation, pricing, rate limits, and fair-use thresholds are determined by Purpleant Technologies Inc. at its sole discretion and may be changed at any time with reasonable notice. Purpleant Technologies Inc. reserves the right to throttle, suspend, or restrict access to credit-consuming features if usage is deemed excessive, abusive, or outside normal business use patterns. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods unless expressly stated in your subscription plan. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
7. Subscriptions & Payments
The Service is available on a subscription basis. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected by you. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in our Refund Policy. We may change pricing at any time with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees due.
8. Intellectual Property
Purpleant Technologies Inc. retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all associated intellectual property rights, AI models, algorithms, documentation, and branding. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes. You retain ownership of any data, content, or materials you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant Purpleant Technologies Inc. a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service. We do NOT use your content to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details on AI data processing.
9. Third-Party Integrations
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Google (Calendar, Gmail), Microsoft (Outlook, Teams), Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram), Anthropic, OpenAI, Amazon Web Services, and others. Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties. We are not responsible for the practices, content, availability, or accuracy of third-party services. Third-party integrations may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time without notice.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy, including the processing of your data by third-party AI providers.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT, ANALYTICS, RECOMMENDATIONS, OR AUTOMATED DECISIONS PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PURPLEANT TECHNOLOGIES INC. AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES ARISING FROM AI-GENERATED CONTENT, AUTOMATED WORKFLOWS, OR THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
13. Termination & Suspension
Purpleant Technologies Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including but not limited to: (a) violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy; (b) abuse of the Service, including excessive or fraudulent use of AI features or credits; (c) engaging in illegal activity or activity that causes harm to other users; (d) abusive behavior toward other users, our team, or our support staff; (e) non-payment of subscription fees; or (f) any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may, but are not obligated to, provide a grace period for data export. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds will be issued.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Purpleant Technologies Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; (d) any content you submit or generate through the Service; or (e) your use of AI-generated content in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Delaware. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the effective date, or by sending an email to the address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
17. Email & Messaging Compliance
When using Wrrk's email campaign, WhatsApp messaging, or other communication features, you agree to: (a) Comply with all applicable laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act, CASL, PECR, and any local anti-spam legislation; (b) Only send messages to recipients who have given valid consent or with whom you have an existing business relationship; (c) Include a valid physical mailing address and clear unsubscribe mechanism in all commercial emails; (d) Honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days; (e) Not use deceptive subject lines or false header information; (f) Comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and Commerce Policy when using WhatsApp features; (g) Not use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages or engage in any form of spam. Violation of these requirements may result in immediate account suspension without prior notice.
18. Copyright & DMCA
Purpleant Technologies Inc. respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content on the Service infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA takedown notice to legal@wrrk.ai with the following information: (a) Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; (b) Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and its location on the Service; (c) Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email); (d) A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized; (e) A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf; (f) Your physical or electronic signature. We will respond to valid DMCA notices within 10 business days and may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
19. Refund Policy
All subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except: (a) If you cancel within 14 days of your first paid subscription and have not used more than 50 AI credits, you may request a full refund; (b) If Purpleant Technologies Inc. materially reduces the functionality of your plan without prior notice, you may request a prorated refund for the remaining billing period; (c) As otherwise required by applicable law. To request a refund, contact support@wrrk.ai with your account email and reason for the request. Refund requests are processed within 14 business days. Free plan users and trial users are not eligible for refunds.
20. Data Export
You may request an export of your data at any time by contacting support@wrrk.ai. We will provide your data in a standard machine-readable format (CSV or JSON) within 30 days of your request. Upon account termination, you will have 30 days to request a data export before your data is permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
21. Service Availability
Purpleant Technologies Inc. strives to maintain high availability of the Service. We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance when possible. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. Purpleant Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any downtime, interruption, or performance degradation of the Service.

By using Wrrk, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms. Privacy Policy
