You own your content
Anything you upload, write, or generate inside Wrrk stays yours. We get a limited license only to store and display it for you.
AI output isn't a substitute for judgment
AI-generated content can be wrong. Review before you ship — especially for legal, financial, or medical decisions. We're not liable for what you publish.
Subscriptions renew, refunds are limited
Plans bill in advance and renew automatically. 14-day refund window on your first paid subscription if you've used under 50 AI credits.
Acceptable use applies
No spam, harassment, illegal content, reverse-engineering, or competitive benchmarking. Violations can mean immediate suspension.
Messaging compliance is on you
When you send WhatsApp, email, or SMS through Wrrk, you're responsible for CAN-SPAM, CASL, and the platform's own policies.
Disputes go to arbitration in Delaware
We resolve disputes through AAA arbitration in Delaware. No jury, no class action. Either side can still seek injunctive relief in court.
