Creating Booking Links

A booking link is a public URL anyone can use to schedule time with you (or your team). wrrk reads your calendar for availability and writes the new booking back automatically.

Create a link

1. Go to Meetings > Booking Links
2. Click New Link
3. Fill in:

• Name — e.g. "30-minute intro"
• Slug — the URL suffix (/30min)
• Duration — 15/30/45/60 min or custom
• Buffer — minutes between consecutive bookings
• Window — how far in the future bookings can be made (e.g. "up to 14 days out")

1. Availability — pick the days/hours when slots can be booked
2. Form fields — what info to collect (name, email always; optional custom questions)
3. Confirmation — what the booker sees after confirming + the email they receive

Click Save to publish. The link is live immediately at {your-org}.wrrk.ai/{slug} or your custom domain.

Time zones

The booker sees slots in their own time zone (auto-detected from their browser). You see all bookings in your configured time zone (set under Settings > Profile).

Embedding

To embed the booker on your website, click Embed on the link detail page. wrrk gives you an iframe or popover snippet.
