What is wrrk?

wrrk is an AI-powered unified workspace for CRM, customer conversations, workflows, AI Hub, and team operations. The platform keeps customer context with the work that follows from it: contacts and deals, channel conversations, tasks, automation, knowledge, and reporting.

Core surfaces

• Wrrkspace: your personal dashboard and navigation home.
• Organization: members, roles, teams, and access controls.
• AI Hub: shared knowledge, skills, approvals, and AI configuration.
• AI Command Center: the AI agents and actions used across the workspace.
• CRM and Inbox: contacts, deals, pipelines, and connected conversations.
• Module Store: optional modules and instant workspace changes.

Start here

1. Create your organization and choose a bundle during onboarding.
2. Invite members from Organization and connect a channel from its module.
3. Review the mandatory modules: Wrrkspace, Organization, AI Hub, and AI.
4. Use the Module Store to add optional modules or change the initial selection.

Team Board and Files are optional for new workspaces. LinkedIn, Productivity Suite, and My Performance start off by default; Productivity Suite and My Performance turn on automatically once the organization has at least two accepted members.
