Creating Your Account
Setting up a WRRK account takes under two minutes. Here is what you need to know.
Sign Up
- Go to wrrk.ai and click Get Started.
- Enter your work email address and choose a password (minimum 8 characters, must include a number and a special character).
- Verify your email by clicking the link sent to your inbox.
- You will be prompted to create an Organization. Enter your company name and select your industry.
Joining an Existing Organization
If a colleague has already created an organization, they can invite you from Settings > Organization > Members. You will receive an email invitation with a one-click join link. After accepting, your account is automatically associated with that organization.
Setting Up Your Profile
After signing in, visit Profile (bottom of the sidebar) to:
- Upload a profile photo
- Set your display name
- Choose your preferred language and timezone
- Enable or disable desktop notifications
Authentication & Security
WRRK uses Amazon Cognito for authentication. Your credentials are encrypted and never stored in plain text. We support:
- Email + password login
- Multi-factor authentication (MFA) via authenticator app
- Session tokens stored securely in your browser
If you forget your password, click Forgot Password on the login page to receive a reset link.
Next Steps
After creating your account, we recommend:
- Connect a channel — Link your email or WhatsApp so messages start flowing in.
- Invite your team — Go to Settings > Organization to add colleagues.
- Explore the Wrrkspace — The dashboard gives you an overview of activity across all modules.
