Connecting Your First Channel

Channels are the communication pathways your team uses to interact with customers. WRRK supports email, WhatsApp, Instagram, and more. Connecting your first channel is the most important step after creating your account.

Connecting Email
Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Email.
Click Add Email Account.
Select your email provider (Gmail, Outlook, or Custom IMAP).
For Gmail/Outlook, you will be redirected to authorize access via OAuth.
For custom IMAP, enter your server address, port, username, and password.
WRRK will perform a test connection. Once verified, your inbox starts syncing.
Connecting WhatsApp
Go to Settings > Integrations > WhatsApp.
Choose between WhatsApp Business API (recommended for teams) or Personal WhatsApp.
For Business API, you will need a Meta Business account and a verified phone number.
For Personal, scan the QR code displayed on screen with your WhatsApp mobile app.
Messages will begin appearing in the Unified Inbox within seconds.
After Connecting
Messages from connected channels appear in the Unified Inbox.
The CRM automatically creates contact records when new senders are detected.
You can assign conversations to team members or let AI auto-route them.
Troubleshooting
Email not syncing? Check that your IMAP settings allow third-party access. For Gmail, enable "Less secure app access" or use an App Password.
WhatsApp QR expired? Refresh the page and scan again within 60 seconds.
Instagram not connecting? Ensure your Instagram account is a Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page.
