How to invite team members, assign roles, and manage module access.
WRRK is built for teams. Inviting colleagues is straightforward and gives you control over what each person can access.
The invitee will receive an email with a link to join your organization. If they already have a WRRK account, they will be added immediately. Otherwise, they will be prompted to create one.
You can change a member's role at any time from the Members page. Click the member's name, then select a new role from the dropdown. Role changes take effect immediately.
Beyond roles, you can control which modules each team member can see. Navigate to Settings > Module Access to toggle modules on or off for specific roles or individuals. For example, you might restrict the Billing module to Super Admins only.
To remove a team member, go to Settings > Organization > Members, find the person, and click Remove. Their conversations and data remain in the system, but they will no longer be able to log in to your organization.
