Workflow Templates
WRRK comes with pre-built workflow templates for common scenarios. Use them as-is or customize to fit your needs.
Accessing Templates
- Go to Workflows in the sidebar.
- Click New Workflow.
- Select Start from Template instead of "Start from Scratch".
- Browse templates by category or search.
Available Templates
Lead Management:
- Welcome New Lead — Sends a welcome email when a new contact is created via web form.
- Lead Qualification — Adds tags based on form responses and assigns to the right team member.
- Lead Follow-Up — Sends a follow-up email if the lead has not responded within 3 days.
Sales:
- Deal Won Celebration — Notifies the team in chat when a deal is closed as Won.
- Stalled Deal Alert — Alerts the deal owner when a deal has not moved stages in 14 days.
- Proposal Follow-Up — Sends a follow-up email 2 days after a proposal is sent.
Support:
- Ticket Auto-Assign — Routes incoming support emails to the least-busy agent.
- SLA Breach Alert — Notifies the manager when a ticket has been open for more than 24 hours.
- Customer Satisfaction Survey — Sends a survey after a ticket is resolved.
WhatsApp:
- Auto-Reply After Hours — Sends an automated response when messages arrive outside business hours.
- Order Confirmation — Sends an order confirmation template when a deal moves to "Closed Won".
Internal:
- Daily Digest — Sends a daily summary email to managers with key metrics.
- Onboarding Checklist — Creates a set of tasks when a new team member is added.
Customizing Templates
After selecting a template:
- Review the pre-configured trigger, conditions, and actions.
- Modify any step to match your requirements.
- Update message content, recipient lists, and timing.
- Click Save and Activate.
Sharing Workflows
You can export a workflow as a template to share with colleagues:
- Open the workflow.
- Click Export as Template.
- Share the generated JSON file. Others can import it via New Workflow > Import Template.
