Notifications and Session Security
Notification preferences (Settings > Notifications)
For each event type, pick where you want to be notified:
- In-app — bell icon in the navbar
- Email — sent to your account email
- Push — desktop browser push
- Mobile — push to the mobile app (when installed)
Event types include:
- New WhatsApp / Instagram / SMS message
- Email reply received
- Meeting booked / cancelled
- Task assigned to me
- SLA breach on my tasks
- Mention in a comment
- Workflow failed
- Voice call completed
- AI insight available
Use the Mute schedule to silence notifications during off-hours (e.g. 8pm–8am).
Session security (Settings > Session Security)
- Active sessions — list of devices currently logged in, with location and last active time. Click Sign out on any session to invalidate it
- Two-factor authentication (2FA) — enable via authenticator app (TOTP) or SMS. Recovery codes shown on enable — store them somewhere safe
- Security keys — FIDO2/WebAuthn hardware keys for phishing-resistant 2FA
- Sign out everywhere — invalidates every session; useful if you lose a device
Password
Settings > Profile > Change Password — requires current password to change. Passwords must be ≥8 chars with at least one number and one special character.
SSO
If your org has SSO enabled (SAML or OIDC), individual passwords are managed by your identity provider. Settings > Organisation > SSO is admin-only.
