Profile, Organisation, Appearance

Your profile (Settings > Profile)

• Name and avatar — shown across the app, on bookings, and in transcripts
• Email — primary contact, used for password reset
• Time zone — affects how times are displayed everywhere (bookings, tasks, reports)
• Language — UI language (currently English; more in roadmap)
• Desktop notifications — toggle for browser push notifications

Organisation (Settings > Organisation)

Admins only.

• Org name and logo — appears on customer-facing bookings, emails, public help center
• Industry — used for AI personalisation (suggested workflows, default templates)
• Default time zone — fallback for users who haven't set their own
• Custom domain — vanity domain for booking links (e.g. meet.acme.com)

Appearance (Settings > Appearance)

• Theme — Light, Dark, or System
• Accent colour — primary highlight (amber by default)
• Density — compact vs comfortable spacing

Changes apply immediately to your account only. To set defaults for new team members, see Team Defaults.

Currency (Settings > Currency)

Pick the currency used in CRM (deal values, pipeline reports). Available to admins; affects the whole org. Existing deals are not auto-converted — they keep the currency they were created in until manually edited.
