My Performance Scorecard
Understand the My Performance module, its default-off state, and its two-member gate.
My Performance
My Performance is a personal scorecard for goals, KPIs, and review cycles. It is default-off and turns on automatically when an organization reaches 2 accepted members. The member gate is separate from RBAC: a role permission cannot bypass the organization-size requirement.
