My Performance

Open Overview → My Performance to see your personal scorecard. The module is available to team organizations and scopes the underlying data to your role.

Your scorecard brings together the performance measures configured for your organization. Use the refresh action to load the latest available values. Metrics may be sourced from work such as CRM activity, Tasks, Voice, and other enabled modules.

Managers and admins have separate team-level surfaces: Performance → Team Board provides the permitted team view, while super admins use Productivity Suite to configure goals, scorecards, cycles, evidence, reports, and governance.

If My Performance is absent from navigation, the organization may not meet the team-member gate or the Performance module may not be enabled.
