Team Board and Productivity Suite

Team performance surfaces

Managers and super admins can open Performance → Team Board for a role-scoped team view. Super admins can additionally open Productivity Suite.

Productivity Suite is the administrative workspace for goals and OKRs, scorecards, measurement cycles, evidence, scheduled reports, SLAs, and governance. Metric sources can draw from enabled operational modules such as CRM, Tasks, organization users, and Voice.

Use role and team membership controls carefully: a manager's view should remain limited to the team scope granted by the organization. Configuration changes can affect how employee scorecards and reports are calculated, so validate metric definitions before activating a cycle or schedule.
