People: Employee Self-Service and Team Operations

People

People combines employee self-service with role-gated team operations. Employees can manage their own profile, attendance, leave, payslips, and feedback. Managers and Super Admins can see permitted approvals, compliance, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and HR documents according to role and feature permissions.

People is available only when the workspace has the module enabled. The My Performance module is separate: it is default-off and turns on automatically at 2 accepted members. Use Organization and the current role permissions for access questions; a role grant cannot bypass a module's member gate.
