People: Employee Self-Service and Team Operations

People

The People section combines employee self-service with role-gated team operations.

Available to every employee

• My HR: shortcuts and a summary of your own HR activity.
• My Profile: personal details, emergency contact, statutory IDs, and bank details. Sensitive saved values are masked.
• Attendance, Leave, Payslips, and Feedback: your own records and actions.

Managers and admins

Depending on role and feature permissions, People also includes Approvals, Team Compliance, Recruitment, HR Documents, Onboarding, and Offboarding. Super admins can configure HR Settings.

If an item is absent, it is usually hidden by your organization role, an HR feature permission, or the People module being disabled.
