Configure your organization name, logo, timezone, security, and more.

Organization settings let you configure your WRRK workspace at the company level. Only Super Admins and Managers can access these settings.
Navigate to the Organization link in the Administration section of the sidebar, or go to Settings > Organization.
Organization Name — The name displayed across the platform and in notifications.
Organization Logo — Upload your company logo. It appears in the sidebar, email signatures (if configured), and the chat widget.
Default Timezone — The timezone used for scheduled workflows, analytics, and meeting defaults. Individual users can override this in their profile.
Default Language — The primary language for the interface. WRRK supports English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, and more.
Define your team's working hours:
Password Policy — Set minimum password length, complexity requirements, and expiration period.
Session Timeout — How long a user can be inactive before being logged out (default: 2 hours).
IP Allowlist — Restrict access to specific IP addresses (Enterprise plan only).
Audit Log — View a log of all admin actions: user invitations, setting changes, data exports, and more.
Export Data — Download all your organization's data (contacts, deals, conversations) as a ZIP file.
Delete Organization — Permanently delete the organization and all associated data. This action is irreversible and requires confirmation from two Super Admins.
