Track email response times, volume trends, and team performance.

Email Analytics

WRRK provides detailed analytics for your email activity, helping you understand response times, volume trends, and team performance.

Accessing Analytics

Navigate to Email > Analytics from the sidebar, or click the analytics icon in the email module header.

Key Metrics

Response Time — Average time between receiving an email and sending a reply. Broken down by team member, day of week, and sender category.

Volume Trends — Charts showing emails sent and received over time. Filter by day, week, or month.

Top Senders — Who sends you the most email, ranked by volume. Useful for identifying key relationships or spam sources.

Thread Length — Average number of back-and-forth messages per conversation. Longer threads may indicate unclear communication.

Open Rate — For emails sent through campaigns or sequences, track how many recipients opened your message.

Team Reports

Managers and admins can view analytics across the entire team:

  • Response Time Leaderboard — See which team members respond fastest.
  • Volume Distribution — How email workload is distributed across the team.
  • Unresolved Threads — Conversations that have been waiting for a reply for more than 24 hours.

Exporting Data

Click Export on any analytics view to download the data as CSV. This is useful for importing into external reporting tools or sharing with stakeholders.

Tips

  • Set a team goal for average response time (e.g., under 2 hours during business hours).
  • Review the Top Senders list weekly to ensure important contacts are getting timely replies.
  • Use the Volume Trends chart to anticipate busy periods and staff accordingly.
