WRRK provides detailed analytics for your email activity, helping you understand response times, volume trends, and team performance.
Navigate to Email > Analytics from the sidebar, or click the analytics icon in the email module header.
Response Time — Average time between receiving an email and sending a reply. Broken down by team member, day of week, and sender category.
Volume Trends — Charts showing emails sent and received over time. Filter by day, week, or month.
Top Senders — Who sends you the most email, ranked by volume. Useful for identifying key relationships or spam sources.
Thread Length — Average number of back-and-forth messages per conversation. Longer threads may indicate unclear communication.
Open Rate — For emails sent through campaigns or sequences, track how many recipients opened your message.
Managers and admins can view analytics across the entire team:
Click Export on any analytics view to download the data as CSV. This is useful for importing into external reporting tools or sharing with stakeholders.
