CRM Campaigns
Campaigns in WRRK let you reach out to multiple contacts at once through coordinated email or WhatsApp messaging. Use them for product announcements, follow-ups, or nurture sequences.
Creating a Campaign
- Go to CRM > Campaigns.
- Click New Campaign.
- Choose the campaign type:
- Email Campaign — Send a single email to a list of contacts.
- Drip Sequence — Send a series of emails over time.
- WhatsApp Broadcast — Send a template message to multiple WhatsApp contacts.
- Name your campaign and select the target audience (using tags, filters, or manual selection).
- Compose your message(s).
- Schedule the send time or send immediately.
Audience Targeting
Build your audience using:
- Tags — Select contacts with specific tags (e.g., "Newsletter Subscriber").
- Filters — Filter by company, location, deal stage, last activity date, etc.
- Manual Selection — Hand-pick individual contacts.
- CSV Upload — Upload a list of email addresses.
Campaign Analytics
After sending, track performance:
- Sent — Number of messages successfully sent.
- Delivered — Messages that reached the inbox.
- Opened — Recipients who opened the email (email only).
- Clicked — Recipients who clicked a link.
- Replied — Recipients who responded.
- Unsubscribed — Recipients who opted out.
Drip Sequences
Drip sequences let you automate follow-up:
- Define a series of emails (e.g., Day 1, Day 3, Day 7).
- Set conditions for each step (e.g., send step 2 only if step 1 was opened).
- Contacts automatically progress through the sequence.
- A contact is removed from the sequence if they reply or unsubscribe.
Best Practices
- Personalize messages using merge fields (contact name, company).
- A/B test subject lines by sending two variants to a small group first.
- Respect opt-out preferences — WRRK automatically handles unsubscribes.
- Monitor bounce rates and clean your contact list regularly.
