Add clickable shortcut tiles to your Home tab that send a message, open an article, or open a link.
Quick Topics are the clickable shortcut tiles that appear on the Home tab of your widget, under the heading Popular Topics. Think of them as friendly buttons that say "Tap here for the thing most people want."
Why bother? A blinking, empty chat box can feel intimidating. Quick Topics give visitors an obvious first move — a nudge that says "here's what you can ask, or where you can go." That gets more people to actually start a conversation.
You'll add each tile here, and it appears instantly in the Live Preview on the right.
Every Quick Topic does one of three things when a visitor taps it. Pick the action that fits what you want to happen.
1. Send a message — pre-fills a question and starts a chat.
The visitor taps the tile, and it drops a ready-made question into the chat for them, as if they'd typed it. Great for common questions.
Where is my order? When tapped, the bot immediately gets asked "Where is my order?" and starts helping.2. Open a help article — jumps straight to an answer.
The visitor taps the tile and it opens one of your help articles on the Help tab — no chatting needed. Great when you already have the answer written down.
3. Open a link — sends them to any web page.
The visitor taps the tile and a website opens in a new browser tab. Great for pages that live outside the chat.

The order in the list is the order visitors see. Drag a tile up or down (or use the move controls) to put your most important shortcuts first. The tile at the top gets the most clicks, so lead with your best one.
Click the trash/remove icon next to a Quick Topic to delete it. It vanishes from the preview right away.
If you're not sure where to begin, try three tiles:
