Managing AI Credits

AI credits power the intelligent features across WRRK. Understanding how they work helps you budget and maximize value.

What Consumes Credits?

Checking Your Balance

Your remaining credit balance is always visible in the sidebar (bottom section). Click it to see a detailed breakdown of usage by feature and team member.

Credit Alerts

WRRK sends notifications when your credits reach:

• 50% used — Informational alert.
• 80% used — Warning alert.
• 95% used — Urgent alert with option to purchase more.
• 100% used — AI features pause until credits reset or are topped up.

Buying Additional Credits

If you run out of credits before your monthly reset:

1. Go to Settings > Billing > Credits.
2. Click Buy Credits.
3. Select a credit pack (1,000 / 5,000 / 10,000 credits).
4. Complete payment. Credits are added instantly.

Additional credits do not expire and roll over month to month.

Optimizing Credit Usage

• Disable AI features you do not need. If your team does not use AI email suggestions, turn them off in Settings.
• Use canned responses instead of AI suggestions for frequently sent messages.
• Limit chatbot scope — A focused chatbot consumes fewer credits than one that handles everything.
• Review the usage dashboard monthly to identify which features consume the most credits.

Credit Reset

Monthly credits reset on your billing anniversary date. Unused monthly credits do not roll over (only purchased credits roll over).
