Managing AI Credits

Free grants 50 credits once at signup. Pro allocates 500 credits per person each month, and Max allocates 1,500 credits per person each month. Free does not refill after the signup allowance.

Additional credits cost 25 credits per $1, with a minimum purchase of $5.00. Explicit prepaid checkout adds a 15% bonus; ordinary top-ups use the base rate. Purchased credits are tracked separately from subscription allocations; review the Billing area for the current balance and usage.

Voice calls are reserved by duration, and lead-discovery operations can send an explicit amount based on the work performed. Those operations may therefore use more than their displayed default.
