Yes. Upgrading takes effect immediately, and you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period. Downgrading takes effect at the start of the next billing period.
You will be prompted to upgrade to a higher plan. You cannot invite more members than your plan allows without upgrading.
Yes. Annual billing saves 10% compared to monthly billing. Switch to annual at Settings > Billing > Change Plan.
Refunds are available within 14 days of your first purchase. After that, we offer account credits for service issues. Contact support@wrrk.ai for refund requests.
Go to Settings > Billing > Payment Methods. Click Update to add a new card or remove an old one.
WRRK bills in USD. We accept payments from all countries via credit/debit card.
WRRK offers a 14-day free trial of the Professional plan. After the trial, you can downgrade to the Starter plan or continue with Professional.
No. Additional credits purchased outside your monthly allocation do not expire and roll over indefinitely.
Yes. Add your company name, address, and tax ID at Settings > Billing > Company Info. All future invoices will include these details.
Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation. You can reactivate your account and recover all data during this window. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted.
