Billing and Plans Overview

WRRK offers flexible pricing plans to fit teams of all sizes. This guide covers plan details, billing management, and credit usage.

Plans

Starter — For small teams getting started.

• 3 connected channels
• 1,000 AI credits/month
• Basic workflows
• Email and chat support

Professional — For growing teams.

• Up to 25 team members
• Unlimited channels
• 10,000 AI credits/month
• Advanced workflows with conditions
• Priority support
• Custom chatbots

Enterprise — For large organizations.

• Unlimited team members
• Unlimited channels
• 50,000 AI credits/month
• Custom integrations
• Dedicated account manager
• SLA guarantees
• SSO and advanced security

AI Credits

AI credits are consumed when WRRK uses AI features on your behalf:

• AI email suggestions: 1 credit per suggestion
• AI WhatsApp replies: 1 credit per reply
• Chatbot conversations: 2 credits per conversation
• AI insights (CRM): 1 credit per insight
• Document processing: 5 credits per document

Credit usage is displayed in real time in the sidebar widget. When credits run low, you receive a warning notification.

Managing Your Subscription

1. Go to Settings > Billing.
2. View your current plan, usage, and billing history.
3. Click Upgrade to move to a higher plan.
4. Click Manage Subscription to update payment methods or cancel.

Payment Methods

WRRK accepts:

• Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
• Bank transfer (Enterprise plans only)
• Annual billing (10% discount)

Invoices

Invoices are generated monthly and available for download at Settings > Billing > Invoices. Each invoice includes a detailed breakdown of usage.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings > Billing. Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period. Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation.
