AI Credits
AI credits are consumed when WRRK uses AI features on your behalf:
AI email suggestions: 1 credit per suggestion
AI WhatsApp replies: 1 credit per reply
Chatbot conversations: 2 credits per conversation
AI insights (CRM): 1 credit per insight
Document processing: 5 credits per document
Credit usage is displayed in real time in the sidebar widget. When credits run low, you receive a warning notification.
Managing Your Subscription
Go to Settings > Billing.
View your current plan, usage, and billing history.
Click Upgrade to move to a higher plan.
Click Manage Subscription to update payment methods or cancel.
Payment Methods
WRRK accepts:
Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
Bank transfer (Enterprise plans only)
Annual billing (10% discount)
Invoices
Invoices are generated monthly and available for download at Settings > Billing > Invoices. Each invoice includes a detailed breakdown of usage.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings > Billing. Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period. Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation.
