Custom Charts and Saved Templates
Add a chart
- From /analytics click Add Chart
- Pick the data source (CRM, WhatsApp, Email, etc.)
- Pick the chart type — line, bar, area, pie, table, KPI tile
- Dimensions — what to group by (date, user, channel, …)
- Measures — what to aggregate (count, sum, avg)
- Filters — narrow the data (date range, segment, status)
- Preview updates live. Click Save
The chart lands on your dashboard. Drag it to position, resize from the corner.
Editing an existing chart
Click the gear icon on any widget. Change the query, type, or styling. Save to update everyone viewing the same dashboard.
Templates
A template is a saved dashboard layout you can re-apply or share.
- Save as template — top-right menu of the dashboard
- Apply template — when starting a new dashboard, pick from saved templates
- Share — make a template available to others in the org
Templates store the layout + queries. They re-run against current data when applied; you're not viewing a snapshot.
Scheduled reports
Open the dashboard → ⋯ > Schedule:
- Frequency — daily / weekly / monthly
- Time — when the snapshot is rendered
- Recipients — internal team members and/or external email addresses
- Format — PDF (default) or CSV
The first scheduled run happens on the next matching slot. Cancel anytime from Settings > Scheduled Reports.
Tips
- Date ranges — use relative ranges ("last 30 days") so saved templates stay useful over time
- Group by user — useful for performance reviews; filter to a single user to make it a 1:1 dashboard
- KPI tiles — best for at-a-glance numbers; pair with a chart underneath for context
