Analytics — Module Overview

Analytics is wrrk's reporting surface. Two main views, both at /analytics:

• Dashboard — grid-based custom chart widgets you arrange yourself
• Data Table — raw row-level data explorer (filter, group, export)

Default dashboard widgets

Out of the box you'll see:

• CRM Revenue — pipeline value over time
• WhatsApp Messages — inbound vs outbound volume
• Email Activity — sent / received / replied
• Users by Role — team composition
• Campaign Performance — open/click rates per campaign

Drag to rearrange, resize from the corners, click the gear on a widget to edit its query.

Data sources

Charts pull from these sources (more added over time):

• CRM — contacts, deals, tickets
• WhatsApp — message events, conversations
• Email — sends, opens, clicks, replies
• Users — team activity, login frequency
• Campaigns — sequence performance

Switching to data-table view

Click Data Table in the top-right. Pick a source, then filter and group like a pivot table. Useful when you want raw numbers, not a chart. Export to CSV from the ⋯ menu.

Templates

Save your dashboard as a Template so others on the team can apply the same layout. My Dashboards lists saved templates plus any the team has shared.

Scheduled reports

From a saved dashboard, click Schedule to email a PDF snapshot daily / weekly / monthly. Recipients don't need wrrk logins; they get the PDF in their inbox.
