Audit Log
The audit log records all significant actions taken by users and the system within your WRRK organization. It is essential for security, compliance, and troubleshooting.
Accessing the Audit Log
Navigate to Settings > Organization > Audit Log. Only Super Admins can access the full audit log.
What is Logged
User Actions:
- Login and logout events
- Password changes
- Profile updates
- Data exports
Admin Actions:
- Team member invited, removed, or role changed
- Module access settings modified
- Organization settings changed
- Workflow created, modified, or deleted
- Chatbot deployed or removed
- Integration connected or disconnected
System Events:
- Automated workflow executions
- AI credit usage
- Email sync events
- Error events
Log Entry Details
Each log entry includes:
- Timestamp — Exact date and time (in your organization's timezone).
- Actor — The user who performed the action (or "System" for automated events).
- Action — What was done (e.g., "user.invited", "deal.stage_changed", "workflow.activated").
- Target — The affected resource (e.g., contact name, workflow name).
- IP Address — The IP address of the user (for login events).
- Details — Additional context (e.g., old value vs. new value for field changes).
Filtering and Searching
Use the filters at the top of the audit log to narrow results:
- Date Range — Show events within a specific time period.
- User — Filter by the user who performed the action.
- Action Type — Filter by category (User, Admin, System).
- Search — Free-text search across all fields.
Exporting
Click Export to download the audit log as CSV. Useful for compliance reviews or sharing with your security team.
Retention
Audit logs are retained for:
- Starter plan — 30 days
- Professional plan — 90 days
- Enterprise plan — 1 year (customizable)
