Tools Hub — What's Inside

/tools is the parent module for utilities that don't fit neatly into messaging or CRM. Each sub-tool can be enabled/disabled per org.

The sub-tools

• Tasks (/tools/tasks) — kanban task boards. Covered in the Tasks category
• Expenses — log and approve team expenses
• Budgets — track spend against budgets per category
• Goals — set and track team/individual goals (OKR-style)
• Forms — build public forms; submissions land in CRM
• Announcements — send org-wide notices to team members
• Contracts — store and track contract documents with renewal dates
• Directory — searchable team directory with org chart
• Deliverability — email warm-up, domain reputation, SPF/DKIM checks
• Landing Pages — public landing page builder; integrate forms and CTAs
• Integrations (/tools/integrations) — third-party connections (Slack, Notion, Jira, …)

Enabling tools

By default, every tool is visible. To hide tools an org doesn't use:

1. Settings > Modules
2. Find the tool in the Tools group
3. Toggle off

Hidden tools disappear from the sidebar and the Wrrkspace widget picker.

Permissions

Sub-tool permissions follow the parent Tools module's role assignment, but can be overridden per sub-tool under Settings > Access Control > Module Access.
