Assigning tasks, SLA tiers, bulk actions, completion metrics per assignee.
A task can be assigned to:
To re-assign, open the task and change the Assignee field. The previous assignee is notified, and a comment is automatically added to the task ("Re-assigned from X to Y by Z").
Tasks can have an SLA — a deadline different from the due date that triggers escalation if missed.
Set SLAs at the board level:
When an SLA is at risk (75% elapsed) the task is highlighted yellow. When breached, red. SLA-breach events feed the SLA Compliance dashboard widget and can trigger workflow automations.
Select multiple tasks (checkbox on the card) to:
The board's Stats tab shows tasks completed per assignee per week, average time-in-status, and SLA compliance %.
