Instagram Workspace: Inbox, Publishing, Rules, and Insights

Instagram workspace

Open Communication → Instagram. The module includes Inbox, Campaigns, Library, Comments, Insights, Scheduled, Rules, and Settings.

• Use Inbox for direct-message conversations.
• Build and review outbound work in Campaigns.
• Manage reusable media in Library and publishing timing in Scheduled.
• Use Comments for comment activity and Insights for account performance.
• Configure automations under Rules.

Super admins manage connected accounts, webhooks, a one-time first-contact DM auto-response, quick replies, and notification preferences from Settings. Notification choices are all DMs, mentions only, or none.

Some account setup paths require Meta configuration. If the normal connection flow is not suitable, an admin may use the bring-your-own-app setup shown by the product.
