One-click conversion from WhatsApp, Instagram, and the unified inbox into a fully-prefilled task, with AI doing the typing.
You're texting a customer on WhatsApp. They ask for a follow-up next week. In most tools, you'd copy the message, switch tabs, paste it into a task tool, and try to remember the context.
In wrrk, you click one button and the task is created, pre-filled by AI with a sensible title, priority, and due date. The original message stays linked, so you can always jump back to it.
This works in three places today:
WhatsApp: at the top of any open conversation:

Instagram DMs: same place, top of the chat header.
Unified Inbox: hover any message; the action menu appears with Convert / Ticket / Deal options.
For about a second, you'll see a loading state while AI reads the recent messages and proposes a task. Then a modal opens, already filled in:

You can edit anything before saving:
If AI takes too long (over 2.5 seconds), the modal opens with a basic prefill instead, you'll just see the message text and can fill in the rest.
Open the task. At the top of the Details tab, you'll see a small pill that says Opened from WhatsApp · [contact name]:

Click it to jump straight back to the conversation, with the exact message scrolled into view. No more "where did this come from?" questions.
Edit the modal before saving, that's the whole point of the preview. The AI is fast, not infallible.
Once a task exists, the real moat kicks in: wrrk can execute the task for you. See Let AI actually run the task.
