Use Files as an optional module and understand current pooled storage allowances.

Files is an optional workspace module for new organizations. It provides upload, folders, sharing, recovery, and quota visibility. Free includes 512 MB per seat, Pro includes 1 GB, and Max includes 2 GB. Existing workspaces may retain Files through grandfathering even when it was not selected during current onboarding.
