Notification Settings

wrrk keeps you informed through multiple notification channels. Customize what you receive and how.

Notification Types

In-App Notifications: Appear in the notification bell (top-right) and the Notifications module in the sidebar.

Email Notifications: Sent to your registered email address for important events.

Browser Notifications: Desktop push notifications (requires browser permission).

Mobile Push: If you use the wrrk mobile app (coming soon).

Configuring Notifications

Go to Settings > Notifications to customize:

New Message Alerts:

Email received: In-app / Email / Browser
WhatsApp received: In-app / Email / Browser
Instagram DM received: In-app / Email / Browser

CRM Alerts:

New contact created: In-app
Deal stage changed: In-app / Email
Deal closed: In-app / Email

Task Alerts:

Task assigned to me: In-app / Email
Task due soon: In-app / Email / Browser
Task overdue: In-app / Email

Workflow Alerts:

Workflow execution failed: In-app / Email

Billing Alerts:

Credits running low: In-app / Email
Payment failed: Email
Invoice available: Email

Do Not Disturb

Enable Do Not Disturb mode to silence all notifications temporarily:

Click your profile avatar in the sidebar.
Toggle Do Not Disturb.
Set a duration (1 hour, 4 hours, until tomorrow, or custom).

Notifications are queued during DND and delivered when it ends.

Notification Preferences per Channel

You can set different preferences per channel. For example, get browser notifications for WhatsApp messages but only in-app notifications for emails.

Tips

Enable browser notifications for high-priority items only (WhatsApp, task due) to avoid notification fatigue.
Use the Notifications module in the sidebar to review all past notifications.
Set up email notifications as a backup for when you are away from the app.
