Use wrrk in Claude
Connect wrrk to Claude (claude.ai, desktop, mobile, Claude Code): what Claude can look up and do, how approvals work, and how to disconnect.
Use wrrk in Claude
Connect wrrk to the Claude you already use (claude.ai, the Claude desktop and mobile apps, or Claude Code). Claude can then look things up in your workspace and, when you approve, act on it. Claude's own subscription runs the conversation; wrrk supplies your data and actions.

What Claude can do
Claude sees and does only what your wrrk role allows, exactly as if you were using wrrk yourself.
| Area | Look up | Act (Claude asks you first) |
|---|---|---|
| CRM | Search contacts, open a contact with its notes, list deals and tickets, open a ticket, pipeline summary | Create or update a contact, create a deal, move a deal to another stage |
| Tasks | List your tasks, open a task | |
| List your conversations, read a conversation | Send a message (managers and above) | |
| List recent threads, read a thread | ||
| Calendar & meetings | List events, read a meeting summary | |
| Knowledge base | Search your organization's documents | |
| Workflows | List workflows, check a run | Run a workflow |
Claude runs look-ups without interrupting you. Anything that changes data or sends a message shows an approval prompt in Claude first.
Disconnect
Open Settings > Connected apps and choose Disconnect. Access stops immediately; Claude will ask you to reconnect if you use it again. You can also remove the connector in Claude under Customize > Connectors.
Data and privacy
- wrrk receives only the specific requests Claude makes, never your conversation with Claude
- Results Claude receives are handled by Anthropic under your agreement with them
- wrrk keeps a record of each connection and a 30-day log of each request, for security and support
- Using the connector is free; it does not spend wrrk credits
Troubleshooting
- "Couldn't reach the MCP server": check the URL is exactly
https://wrrk.ai/api/mcp/connect - Claude says it needs to sign in again: the connection was disconnected or your wrrk access changed. Click Connect and sign in
- A tool is missing: tools follow your wrrk role. Ask your admin if you need more access
