WRRK is a workspace where you hire AI Employees: they work scheduled shifts across your channels and CRM, park anything that sends for human approval, and write a receipt for every shift. It also includes the platform beneath them — CRM, unified conversations, wrrkflows, discovery, analytics and people operations.

## AI Employees (Wrrkforce)

- You hire an employee from a role template, name it, and give it a brief with standing orders.
- Role templates: Revenue (prospects, qualifies, drafts outreach, builds pipeline); Support (triages tickets, drafts replies, closes loops); Research & Ops (enriches the CRM, chases stale deals, preps briefs); Custom (you write the job and pick the abilities).
- An employee works a scheduled shift rather than a chat session, and ends it with a shift report.
- An employee can never exceed the permissions of the person who hired it.
- Outbound sends park for approval by default; wider authority is an explicit, audited grant.
- Daily caps, working hours and per-channel pacing are enforced by the platform, not by the prompt.

## Channel capabilities (exact)

- Send: WhatsApp, email, Instagram, chatbots, and voice (voice requires telephony configuration).
- LinkedIn: browser-assisted and human-controlled — not an unattended sending channel.
- Reddit: listen-only. WRRK monitors threads and surfaces intent; it does not post replies.
- Tickets resolve, team chat is internal. Every channel writes to one customer record.

## AI credits and storage

- Additional credits: 25 credits per $1; minimum $5.00.
- Explicit prepaid checkout adds a 15% credit bonus; ordinary top-ups use the base rate.
- Storage add-on: $2.00 per GB/month; minimum $5.00.

## Onboarding and modules

- Mandatory modules: wrrkspace, organization, ai-hub, ai.
- Default-off modules: linkedin, productivity, performance.
- productivity and performance turn on automatically at 2 accepted members.
- Tasks depends on Tools. Module Store changes are immediate.
- Team Board and Files are optional for new workspaces; legacy workspaces can retain them through grandfathering.
- Bundle selection and Module Store state control workspace enablement; RBAC controls role visibility.

## Lead Discovery availability

- Conversation-platform availability is deployment-configured. This deployment currently exposes: reddit.
- GitHub is retired from new discovery routing; existing GitHub records remain readable.
- Do not infer availability from a fixed public-platform count.
